Guest Services
The guest services office is located right inside the Main Gate. Hosts and hostesses are availiable to assist Guests with general park information.
ATM Cash Machines
ATM machines are availiable right inside the main gate, the Gift Box and inside Hurrican Bay.
Credit Cards
Master Card, Visa, and Discovery Card are accepted at ticket booths and most gift shops in the park.
First Aid
First aid stations are located behind the Enterprise Ride and in Hurricane Bay next to Barefoot Cove. EMT's are on duty at all times. Over-the-counter medications are availiable for a nominal charge at vending machines located at both First Aid locations.
Guests With Disabilities
For more information on guests with disabilities please visit Guest Services, located at the front of the park. You can pick up a hand-out detailing information you need to help make your day more enjoyable.
Inclement Weather
Some rides and shows will close temporarily during electrical storms. Every effort will be made to re-open closed roides and attactions as soon as possible. All water attractions will close during severe weather and will re-open as soon as conditions permit.
Announcements And Messages
Personal announcements and pages cannot be broadcast in the park. Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom advises guests to establish a meeting place before splitting up.
Bag Check
To esure your day is safe and enjoyable, Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom reserves the right to inspect all items being brought into the park.
Park Policies
Shirts and shoes must be warn at all times in the park.
Guests wearing articles of clothing contaning obscenity and profanity will be asked to change into appropriate attire or purchase a t-shirt from the park.
No running or horseplay is permitted in the park at any time.
No line jumping or cuttig is permitted. Line jumpers may be ejected from the park without a refund.
Smoking is prohibited in Hurricane Bay, inside any building, and in all queue areas.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Guests are encouraged to leave these items in their vehicle.
Excessive use of intoxicating beverages and/or use of illeagal substances is prohibited.
Defacing or destroying Park property is cause for for immediate ejection from the park without a refund, as well as porsecution for damages.
Pets are not permitted if the Park, with the exception of seein-eye dogs for the visually impared.
Guests with certain body proportions involving height and/or weigt may be denied the opportunity to ride attractions where safety restraints will not operate as designed. Please ask a ride attendant before waiting in line if you have any questions.
